Residents ages 65 and older are invited to attend a PAS-1 Filing Seminar on Monday, August 25, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Mount Holly Fire Department, located at 17 Pine Street.

Representatives from the New Jersey Division of Taxation and the Mount Holly Tax Office will be on-site to provide free in-person assistance with completing and submitting the PAS-1 application. This single form allows eligible residents to apply for multiple property tax relief programs, including ANCHOR, Senior Freeze and Stay NJ.

Please be sure to bring all required documents listed on the PAS-1 Filing Checklist below.

• Social Security Number
• Photo ID/Passport
• All 2024-2025 Income Documentation
  • NJ 1040
  • 1099-R and/or 1099-SSA
  • 2024 & 2025 Property Tax Amounts
