Mission Statement

We, the members of the Mount Holly Township Police Department, are committed to the delivery of efficient and quality service to each and every resident and visitor to our community.  We recognize our responsibility to maintain order, while respecting the dignity and constitutional rights of every individual.  Our objective is to, through a community partnership, prevent crime and improve the quality of life for all citizens.

Vision Statement

The vision of the Mount Holly Township Police Department is to be an agency committed to excellence.  The department will provide a quality service to our community that is second to none.

Values

Integrity - Integrity is the cornerstone of our profession and our most important value.  We will  hold ourselves to a high standard of conduct, both on and off duty, in everything we do, say and represent.

Accountability - We are answerable simultaneously to ourselves, our supervisors, our co-workers and to our community partners.  Working together, holding ourselves accountable for outstanding service to our community, we will improve the quality of life for Mount Holly Township residents.

Courage - We uphold and follow the law in the face of fear, danger and temptation.

Loyalty - Proactively supporting the Township of Mount Holly, the department, its membership and its goals.

Respect - We value human life, safety and dignity and commit to treating all human beings with the utmost respect, compassion and concern.
