§ 102-1 Restricted Hours

It shall be unlawful for any juvenile, as defined in § 102-5 below, to be present upon any public street, highway, road, right-of-way, alley, park, playground or other public place in the Township between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on nights before a school day or between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on other nights. On October 30 and 31 of each year, the restricted hours for juveniles shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., regardless of whether those dates are nights before a school day.
§ 102-5 Definitions

As used in this chapter:
- A person, other than a parent, to whom legal custody of the minor has been given by court order or who is acting in place of the parent or is responsible for the welfare of the minor.
- Juvenile or Minor
- An individual who is under the age of 18.
- Public Place
- Any place to which the public has access, including but not limited to a public street, road, thoroughfare, sidewalk, bridge, alley, plaza, park, recreation or shopping area, public transportation facility, vehicle used for public transportation, parking lot or any public building or area.
